As I sit here this afternoon and realize it will take me a few days to adjust to the kids being gone and headed back to college, I also realize how fleeting this time with them has been. My story with Stampin’ Up! started when my Son was graduating High School and I knew I would need a new “hobby” to fill some of the extra time that I knew I would have on my hands. Little did I know how therapeutic creating cards could be. This card that I share with you today was created last week for my Saturday mornings @10AM CT, using the MEANT TO BE stamp set and the BE MINE STITCHED Framelits.
I will be heading back into my craft room later today to make more from this wonderful set, just to distract me for a bit to get me through the next couple of days of adjustment. Don’t worry, I’m really okay and know I just need a few days and I will be back to ”normal” ;). One of the things that has become a new normal(and my kids laugh at it), is that I have KERA on in the background. Yes, Sesame Street and Paw Patrol included. Is that not normal? Lol I enjoy the fun catchy songs and just the background noise. Tell me I’m not the only one…
ENJOY! 🤗
