This time of year always has great ideas and can be used as a place card or decor around the house. This cute little Christmas tree doesn’t let you down! It was inspired by Joan Kincade and really is an easy project. My only advice is: USE A HOT GLUE GUN for each layer. I attempted this on FB LIVE and boy was I sweating! You do need a strong adhesive to attache each level. Below are the measurements in inches. ENJOY!
You will need 5 different patterned papers.
Paper 1: 2-1/4 x 12, 2-1/4 x6, 1-1/4 x 11-1/2
Paper 2: 2 x 12, 2 x 6, 3/4 x 11-1/2
Paper 3: 1-3/4 x 12, 1-3/4 x 3
Paper 4: 1-1/2 x 12, 1- 1/2 x 3
Paper 5: 1 x 11-1/2
Scoring each piece at 1/2 inch increments using your Simply Scored board (#122334). Then using Tear and Tape to attach the following pieces:
1-1/2 x 12 to 1-1/2 x3 piece = 15 inch total
1-3/4 x 12 to 1-3/4 x 3 piece = 15 inch total
2 x 12 to 2 x 6 piece = 18 inch total
2-1/4 x 12 to 2-1/4 x 6 piece = 18 inch total
Punch 7, 1 inch circles using (#119868) and 7, 1-1/2 inch circles using (#138299).
I used Tombow Mono to adhere all 7, 1-1/2 inch circles for the base and you will need a hot glue gun to adhere the rosettes to each of the 1 inch circles and layer. Here is my FB LIVE video with instructions:
I do not understand your size of your tree 🌲.Could you help me?And said you have a video with instructions on the tree I cannot find it.
